Austin Fergusson, PhD
Dr. Fergusson is the co-founder of Dulcius Vineyards, LLC, the 3rd largest (in acreage) vineyard in Indiana. His doctorate in plant physiology from Purdue brings a unique perspective to beer fermentation and taste development to the Company as well as business and government regulatory experience. Dr. Fergusson is also an accomplished craft brewer with more than 15 years of experience in the field and grows varieties of hops and grains in the experimental test plot at the vineyard.
Mr. Hale is Vice President, COO & Owner of KML Specialty Chemicals with over 20 years of experience in the water treatment industry. Mr. Hale brings valuable bioprocess knowledge to our operations as well as substantial entrepreneurial experience. Mr. Hale is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and and has his BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Married with three children, Mr. Hale is very active in his Church, community charities, and Rotary.
Mr. Johnson graduated from St. Olaf College in 1984 (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, With Distinction). He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University
of Minnesota Law School where he was an associate editor of the Minnesota Law Review. Following law school, Cary accepted a judicial clerkship with U.S. District Judge David Doty. After his clerkship, Cary worked for many years for a major U.S. law firm. He was an equity partner with the firm, handling intellectual property and shareholder litigation in the $1MM to $100MM range. In 2002, Cary won the second largest jury verdict in Minnesota. Cary remains a partner with the firm, but retired from active practice in 2003. Cary now provides capital funding and strategic assistance to early stage companies. He has co-founded 5 companies and served on 10 boards of directors in a variety of industries.
Mr. Mathie, Principal and Managing Director of CUE Design, approaches brand strategy with the discipline of a Marketing MBA, combined with 25 years of experience crafting creative solutions. As Cue’s strategic lead, he has worked with blue chip brands in a variety of categories, such as consumer products and services, packaged goods and durables, corporate branding, B2B, technology and more.
Throughout his career, Ed has enjoyed working at some of the best creative organizations in advertising and design. Prior to co-founding Cue in 2004, he served as Managing Director of Duffy at Fallon Worldwide and General Manager at Carmichael Lynch Thorburn. Ed delivers valuable insight to clients through his unique ability to understand both the underlying business challenge and the power of creative expression.
Mr. Stone serves Ambassador Enterprises as a strategist and builder of high-performance businesses. His career in a variety of industries, including material sciences, aerospace, and global automotive, enabled him to develop extensive leadership and management expertise in turnaround and growth situations.Tom has held a series of global C-suite assignments with large Tier 1 suppliers, Tom now focuses on Venture Capital investing, where he offers his knowledge and experience to mentor leaders in successful company development. It’s his way to contribute back some of the coaching and mentoring benefit he has received throughout his career.
