We produced our first beer in October of 2013 and it's been an incredible journey ever since!
We use steam for heating water and brewing - it's highly efficient and very precise. Our water system was designed by the Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering Department of Trine University. We employ a high-capacity Reverse Osmosis system to brew with the very best water.
Our fermenters and brite tanks are glycol-jacketed and cooled by our 40-ton Trane chiller.
Most of our equipment is from Craftwerks up in Lake Orion, Michigan.
